I was extremely pleased with the service and attention I received from Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Transporting my Lexus GX 470 was a really nerve-wracking experience as this vehicle is my baby. Deonna did everything to reassure me that my beloved Simba would be delivered to me just as expected. She explained the entire process and was super about following through as the job was in process. The driver was slightly delayed in picking up the vehicle, but Deonna and the team at Magic Carpet were right on top of things and continued to follow up with me until my vehicle was retrieved. I was driving to Florida myself in another car, but once I arrived, I was anxious to find out when my baby would arrive. Everytime I called Magic Carpet, I got the answers I was looking for. When entrusting your vehicle, I would certainly use them again.
