I consistently received excellent customer service from Don Treece @ Magic Carpet. He provided a throrough explanation of how the process and cost information was determined and he maintained contact every week until the transport occurred. When I had questions or concerns, Don was always prompt in responding and providing feedback. He also followed up after the transport was complete to make sure I had not encountered any problems. The only glitch in the process occurred when the company that picked up the cars (Mobile) did not contact me prior to showing up for the transport. In this situation, Don was also prompt in following up directly with Mobile and providing me with timely feedback. I do plan to refer Magic Carpet to a friend who is interested in moving a vehicle.
