I had my Prius transported from NY to CA. I worked with Don, and from the beginning he was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I was able to get a hold of Don anytime I wanted, and he always replied to my emails and phone calls promptly. The drivers were friendly and professional, and my car even got to CA two days ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet if you are thinking of transporting your car, and make sure you work with Don!
