Overall a mostly pleasant experience dealing with an industry that you hear so many bad things about. Sue was very helpful. I think that when people choose a company to transport their car cross country, one of their top priorities is having someone who is able to communicate, and Sue does a good job at this. I was kept informed by Sue and one of her co-workers (I forget her name, it starts with an A). Thank you ladies for the help.
