Only reviewing Kathy's performance, she was very helpful. The process isn't easy on my end and can't be easy on hers. Trying to find a truck driver who happens to be passing your home on a specific day just is not fun. She had to post my request numerous times, but that's not her fault - or the fault of Magic Carpet. I'm glad she kept working for me, because I know a few companies that would have taken my money and told me they couldn't find a truck.
Anyway, they did their job, and I no longer care about inconveniences because my car made it over 5,000 miles (NJ to Hawaii) without a scratch (and I got a few million free dead bugs in the deal)
