After TONS of research, I finally decided on Magic Carpet because of their excellent ratings and good pricing. Don took what I was worried would be a painful experience and turned it into a positive one. He goes above and beyond, following through every step of the way and making sure to be available at all times. After securing my order, Don told me it might be a couple days before a truck was assigned. He actually called me back within an hour and had everything all set! The truck drivers were good about giving me advanced notice of their arrival and working with a time that fit best for me. My car arrived a day earlier than expected and was in the exact same shape as I left it. I will definitely be recommending Don to my friends.
