I originally tried to find an owner operator to transport my vehicles as I felt I would get better service this way instead of working with a broker. Unfortunately the options were limited and those that I did contact did not leave the best impression. I hesitantly began to look at brokers and did plenty of research. I decided to get a quote from Magic Carpet, along with about a half dozen others, and was contacted by Don Treece. From the first contact I immediately knew that he would stand out from the rest. He was professional and knowledgeable without coming on too strong. I was always able to reach Don through email or phone without any delay. This was very important to me and I was hopeful that this would continue after the contract was agreed upon. Fortunately Don came through every step of the way. He was always in contact with me and always reachable. He called the day of the pickup to make sure the driver had contacted me and had given me an ETA, as well as the day of delivery to make sure everything was still on schedule. He again called after delivery to make sure I was completely happy with it all. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Don for exceeding my expectations!

Don@magiccarpetautotransport.com / Direct 360-975-3346 Chris, it is great working for knowledgeable customers who truly appreciate the effort we put into transporting your vehicles. Moving three vehicles, as in your case, or just one takes a skilled team with an organized system. The secret sauce though is the communication, that is what takes the headache out of it for our customers. Don@magic
