Don was professional, kind, thorough, informative and sensitive to my immediate needs. His approach and follow up skills enabled me to have a positive experience during a very difficult time. I did not expect the carrier to be dispatched so quickly! Don was very clear and careful to inform me of the earliest time possible for pick up and the latest time possible.
