Overall the transporation service was good. TRansported my car from the west coast to the east coast. I have no relatives in the area, and the car was nearly delivered 5 days earlier than expected. This proved to be a hassle since I was not in the area, and had to make arranagements within 24 hours with my apartment manager for arrangements. I felt like we took more initiative than necessary to get things going. The car carrier was in contact with us very often with questions, and it was somewhat difficult to communicate with them. I think the carrier and broker could have increased contact. Going through the broker ideally should have been easier, but this is the first time I am making arrangements for transportation. The broker, Sue was very nice and explained the process and it seemed straight forward until the complications with the delivery. Otherwise, the service was good.

Edison, thank you for taking the time to write the review. Being that the transport was mostly conducted between your mother and myself, I wouldn't expect you to know just how many calls and how much time I spent trying to help work out the details of both the pick-up and delivery. Unsure why the driver arrived so early since it stated upfront that they were not to deliver before your particular date, but I am happy it all turned out well in the long-run.
