Magic Carpet (Don Treece) did a great job of communicating with me and outlining the process of shipping the car and what to expect. We experienced very good results, although the transport truck was a little late in picking up the vehicle (by hours, not days), it was well within reason and Don and the truck driver kept us in the loop as to when the vehicle pick up would take place. In the end, the car was delivered on time and in good condition. Very professional and courteous.
