Always answered quickly and was willing and able to help. The price was the quoted price. First driver called and did not speak english well and wanted to pick up the car 2 days early, which did not work. Second driver picked the car up on time and delivered it quickly across the country. The driver was very professional and courteous. Felt like he was trust worthy. Not sure why these companies do not take credit cards. They expose themselves to fraud with fake checks. The process would have been much easier with a credit card. Car was very dirty on the outside when it arrived, but was in perfect condition. To be expected for a cross country trip.
