Stephanie was in constant communication with me throughout the process. This was my first time shipping a vehicle, so she explained everything clearly up front. I had very strict requirements for pick-up (this was a purchased vehicle, so I had to work within the seller's schedule). Stephanie put it out to bid and the car was picked up two days later, and delivered a day or two after that (from NJ to IL). I would use Magic Carpet again.
