Sue did an outstanding job working with their dispatch in finding a carrier for my pathfinder. Vandenberg AFB is in the California central coast area and it was difficult finding a carrier, following her recommendation to add a bit more to the offer returned a carrier within two days. Sue was great and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which was extremely reassuring since this was my first time shipping a vehicle.
