Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a professional transport service. I initially went with Cosmos Auto Transport due to their low quote ($800) to transport my Lincoln Navigator SUV from California to Northern Virginia. Despite booking 2 months in advance with previous shipper, they failed to pick up the vehicle on time, was unprofessional on phone, and just overall failed. Feeling S.O.L., I went with Magic Carpet Auto Transport due to their high ratings online. You get what you pay for (I paid approximately $1400). Magic Carpet was able to pick up THE NEXT DAY and deliver ahead of schedule. Exceeded expectations all throughout the process. My Customer Service Rep, Kathy Ashlock is easily available over phone/email, and even Instant Messenger and she was very knowledgeable and professional! She kept me updated without me having to ask. They even have a tracking system, so you know where the car is located. Outstanding. Would use again and highly recommend to those who don't want to put up with stress when moving out of state.
