We shipped our car from NY to Washington State after my son got a job out there. Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a very reputable company. I felt very comfortable that my car would arrive safe and sound. There was an issue with the driver who had a mechanical problem with his truck, delaying the start of the trip by 5 days! At that point, we expected the worst - you hear about all these horror stories and we were hoping this wouldn't happen to us. We were very concerned about that, however, he made up for the delay and managed to deliver the car just 2 days behind schedule. The people at Magic Carpet were more than accommodating, and worked with us to assure the delivery as quickly as possible. Car arrived safe and sound...only issue is that the driver pulled a fuse from the car so the battery doesn't go dead and forgot to tell us. My son had to go to a car dealership to find out what the problem was. My advice to you is to check the car on delivery to make sure all the electronics in the car are working properly before he pulls off. Great job - would definitely recommend because you can TRUST them!
