Overall Im a satisfied customer and pleased with the performance of the company. This is the second time I have used Magic Carpet Auto Transport and it was for the same move, New Mexico to Florida. Seeing as Im in the military, I have been stationed far away from home and needed my vehicle promptly delivered to Florida. Both times Ive had a sense of contentment, with the assurance of phone calls enlightening any worries of the whereabouts of my vehicle and the time of arrival.

I admit that I was weary the first time I had to transport my Jeep Liberty, just for the mere fact that I was not physically there to make contact with the individual. My father dealt with the driver in New Mexico while I was in Florida. The trip from New Mexico to Florida estimates around three days, and the delivery was punctual. The driver called me one day before arrival, and also gave me a call when he was around six hours from arrival. The same aspect portrayed when I recently had my Jeep Wrangler shipped from New Mexico to Florida. Both times my vehicles were shipped on an open carrier and I never saw any physical damages to my vehicles.
