The company contact person was Stephanie Hamilton. From my first interaction with her, she seemed quite knowledgeable and honest. She answered the phone promptly, treated me well and answered all questions, reviewing the order with me at the end. She explained that it might take a few days to get a transport company to transport the car, but then called me back within an hour explaining that a company had already been found.

Overall, my interaction with Stephanie was very positive
