                        Jackie, I am sorry there was such a big misunderstanding on what your needs were and what we put in the order.  We always make the best effort possible to meet any and all dates a customer requests.  However, our dispatches that we do get are always estimates.  Unfortunately in this industry there are no guarantees.  I always tell my speciific customers that and I am sorry you felt cheated on this transport.  I wish you the best. Michelle
