This was my first time ever using an auto transport company, so I was very nervous about the situation. I chose one company initially but, after reading the reviews for Magic Carpet I decide to go with them. This ended up being the best decision I ever made!

Since, this was my first time I did not know how much time I was supposed to give before making a reservation. I called Magic Carpet, left a message, and Kathy Ashlock immediately got back with me. I needed a car picked up in 4 days. She told me they normally receive more notice than that but, would let me know what she finds out. She was able to find a transporter in a couple of days from the time of the first phone call! Kathy explained to me how the whole process worked and followed up with me almost daily through the whole process. She even followed up TWICE after my car had already arrived!

My vehicle arrived in perfect condition! Kathy Ashlock with Magic Carpet has hands down great prices and customer service! I will 100% for sure use them again in the future and tell me friends also!
