Don from Magic Carpet Auto Transport was a life saver! I was completely new to the auto transport system and how it worked. Don was very helpful in every step of the way in order for me to ship my car across the country!

Don was very knowledgeable and curious throughout the entire process. From setting up the pickup time, to giving me updates during transit, and checking to see if I had received my vehicle, Don was with me every step of the way!

What I loved the most was that not only would I receive calls from Don or voicemails whenever I couldn't answer, I would also get emails breaking down exactly what we had talked about, a great written record of the process!

I would definitely use Don and Magic Carpet Auto Transport again if I ever need my car shipped!
