This was my first time having a car transported,the customer service was good, the representive from magic carpet,trevon was able to answer all my questions and concerns,he filled me in on the car transport bussiness,the price that was on the quote,was the price that i ended up paying,it didnt increase,the car was deliverd to me the same way i had it picked up,no cracks,dents,no damage at all,I would defentliy use magic carpet again if i needed a car transported. For any newbies out there,first time having a car transported,expect delays,companies try to give u an estimate of when a car is delivered,dont be suprise if u get ur car couple hours late or a day or two after,always keep in contact with the broker and carrier, and also make sure your dealing with a reputuable company like magic carpet.
