I was very pleased with the services provided by Magic Carpet. I had attempted to ship my car with two other companies prior to contacting Magic Carpet. I was given very low quotes and couldn't understand why my car wasn't being shipped in the time frame I was told. I finally looked on the transportation review site and found Magic Carpet with the highest reviews. Kathy informed me that I needed to offer more money in order to get my car transported. We increased my original offer by $200, and I had a truck assigned to pick up my car in less than 24 hours. Hopefully, I will never have to ship a car again as the experience as a whole was not great for me because it took 1 month and 3 different companies to get the job done... I am glad I chose Magic Carpet, because they actually did what they said they would do (I just wish they were my first choice). I encourage everyone to READ the reviews of companies before you choose one.
