Trevon Bond was excellent about keeping me informed throughout the process. He followed up on all my requests and worked very hard to get my car shipped. With calls and emails, he let me know what was happening very effectively. If he was not able to answer the phone the minute I called, he got back to me in less then 1 or 2 minutes due to finishing up on a call. He always gave me his phone number and when he agreed to call me, he did. It is hard to schedule phone calls and he did a great job figure out the best times to give me a call to let me know what was happening. I was working with another broker and had allowed him 15 days to get my car shipped, Trevon shot me an email the week that I needed my car to go asking if I had shipped the car that I had inquired about back in February; that was four months ago when I was looking around. I instantly called Trevon when I saw his email and within 24 hours he had a spot for my car on a transport and it was picked up three days later. My situation was tricky since I was not in town to hand off the car and not there for the drop off at then end of the route. Trevon was wonderful about contacting the others who were helping me out. I am happy to tell all my friends about my experience with working with Trevon. If we need to ship a car in the future, I will call Trevon Bond for sure to get the job done and have it done right. He has picked fine drivers to work with who he has built a good working relationship with. Sandy C.
