I contacted this carrier back in September and from the moment we made initial contact, Doug was professional, fair, honest and always provided expeditious customer service. He walked me through the process and the price quoted in the beginning was the price in the end - 3 plus months later.
The company used to pick up the car was on time and the driver was super friendly and went out of his way to accomodate my mother's time and situation. The driver used to deliver the car was also nice, and efficient.
I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a car carrier.
