When I got my car from this company (their driver drove two hours PAST the point he was supposed to meet us and had to turn around and come back - draw your own conclusions); my car had SERIOUS body damage, dents, scratches etc. After noting the damage, I got in the car to drive away and found BOTH of the back tires had massive flat spots making the car un-driveable. Apparently, their "experienced" drivers left my emergency break on while dragging my car on to the truck. I had to call a tow truck at 1 a.m. (it was so late because their driver had driven past the meeting spot) and take a cab home.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I dealt with the owner of MRV who was unprofessional and condescending - which was OK until he underpaid for the damage by about $200 - not to mention the inconvenience involved of the repair work. He also initially indicated he would pay for the rental car I was forced to rent as a result of his drivers - then refused to pay for it citing a clause in his contract.

This is a shoddily run business and I would never, ever recommend them to anyone, under any circumstances. His "office" number is apparently his cell phone which he rarely answers and after I got him three quotes (per his request - which I am not required by law to do) he took three weeks to send the check and as stated above, underpaid by a significant amount.
