prompt delivery, easy to stay in contact with. Family operation. I was completely confident about who would be delivering the truck. Joanne responded promply to my inquiries and let me know that she could dispatch a carrier immediately or I could wait until Mike returned from Huston, TX and would be making his reqular run to Florida. As I was in no rush, I was able to wait for Mike. Delivery was prompt and I was given an estimated arrival time 24 hours in advance. The estimate was accurate to within a half hour. Thanks
