From my initial phone call with Joanne to the drop off of my vehicle, the process was great. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and Joanne was great at answering all of my (many many) questions. She was honest and easy to get in touch with and also cheap compared to other quotes that we got!
Amir was the truck driver that took care of the shipping of our car. He called close to the time of pick up of the vehicle and worked out a time to pick it up. He had an accent which is something I usually hate to deal with, but he was so knowledgable and clear with everything he said that the accent didn't even become a factor! He arrived to pick up the vehicle on time and was unable to get into our neighborhood, but parked very close making it easy to give him the car. He called and scheduled the delivery in a few days and was on time with that transaction as well. Again, he was not able to get into the driveway of the home so the drop off happened in a local Home Depot parking lot which was close and convenient.
If you are unfamiliar with the whole vehicle shipping process then this is the moving company for you! I will surely use them again if I ever need it!
