I called Parker a couple of times and didn't receive a call back. I didn't let this stop me because I selected the company based on their reviews.This was enough for me. I started out with the quote on-line (from the automated system back in August) thinking this would lock me in with a price and a guaranteed pick-up date- turns out this is more of a guide, and the best way to get an accurate quote is to go directly to the Parker website. I received a quote the next day via-email the 15th. The driver called me on the 16th to let me know he was coming to pickup my car the first available pickup date - which was the 17th!
The driver was wonderful- text me to let me know what time he would be there. He was right on time and when he delivered the car to CA- he called to notify my father on Friday he would be there Sunday morning at 9am- once again right on target and very organized! This company did not disappoint, Leanne coordinated EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY!! I'm very happy! Thank you Leanne!!
