The quote given to us by Parker Transport was honored. We made our deposit,and were given a pick up date. Donna called and told us when Alex would pick the vehicle up.
She also called 1 hr prior to Alex's arrival.
The vehicle was picked up inspected and loaded on the truck, he then headed to Providence RI
He called us and said he was an hour out,he arrived at our destination and we made payment and were given a receipt.
Very professional , customer service was great!!!
