We had transported cars before, and had planned to use the same company, but decided not to. I then reviewed and got estimates from several companies before picking MJ Parker. I didn't pick the least expensive company. It appeared to be a family-run business, which appealed to me, not the typical dispatch type transport company I have experienced before. I dealt with Leanne and Joanne, who were responsive and nice.

My only problem was trying to get a copy of the invoice in the proper format, and we went back and forth by email and phone - some computer thing. I had heard that some companies hike the price after a transport company is found, and was nervous. That was not the case - the price never changed from the original quote of $2088.

They assigned Falcon Auto Transport to pick up our 2 cars around 10-7(moving day) in NY and deliver 10-10 or later to FL. The cars were picked up 10-4, which was even earlier than the 2 day window we were told to expect. We watched them load the vehicles - very professional, and a very cool enclosed double decker rig. They handle a lot of expensive, collectible cars, and that was obvious by the care they showed with ours.

The cars were delivered in Florida on 10-8 - safe and sound. They did a great job, although we had specifically specified that the cars couldn't be delivered until 10-10, 10-9 at the earliest. Luckily my husband drove straight from NY to FL, as the cars arrived within an hour after he did!
