The MJ Parker Trucking and American Trucking Alliance contacts answered questions promptly. The trucker arrived alert, marked the dings on the car, gave me a signed copy, and left with the vehicle. At both ends, we were given less than 12 hours notice of pickup, and the phone connection was poor. Hence, the phone calls to MJP and ATA for confirmation.
