I am sorry that you had problems with the driver.  I give out my cell phone number so my customers can always reach me.  Unfortunately I was not aware that there was any issues until I followed up with and I am unable to do anything about them now.  I wish you would of at least given me the opportunity to correct the issue.  Best Wishes ~ Joanne
