This is the second time in two years that I have used Parker to ship a vehicle cross-country (Chicago to Phoenix and, most recently, Phoenix to Chicago) and I have nothing but good things to say about both experiences. Joanne at Parker was able to quickly arrange (within two hours of me first contacting her!) for a driver to pick up my vehicle on my requested date. Even better, the vehicle was delivered to its destination two days ahead of the expected delivery date. The driver was courteous and professional and kept us up to date on both the pickup and delivery schedule.
