Shipping a new Jeep

We live in rural WV. The first company we contacted promised pick- up it ten days. NOT!!! They did not return calls or respond to emails until we used our credit card company to contest the deposit charge.Then, it was all excuses !!! I used Angie's List to contact this company and was pleased to talk to a rep that was also married to a truck driver! I don't remember her name; sorry, but within two days, we were talking to the driver personally. At first, we thought we would have to meet him 200 miles from our home. After speaking to Ernest,he told us he was coming through our area(about a 45 min. Drive) soon. He called 24 hours before to arrange a meeting place and called again a few hours before. We called him to arrange a different meeting place, because it looked easier for a rig like his to turn, and no problem!!! He was amazing! Great guy! We could have spent days talking with him! Our son's jeep was delivered before the estimated delivery time! We couldn't be happier with this experience. If we ever need to ship a vehicle again, this is where we'll be doing business!!! Rural WV to San Diego, CA in 5 days!!!

Mary, I am so glad I was able to help. My heart goes out to people like you that get burned and I always try to go out of my way to make things right.
