Joanne was easy to work with and extremely fast in getting my car picked up. Both she and the representative from US Ark Transport (which she contracted to transport the vehicle) were easy to reach and work with. If you're getting a lot of hard sell tactics from other brokers, you'll note that Joanne did not call me first, I called her and she never tried to "sell" me on choosing her. She answered my questions, helped me understand the process and left it to me to decide. A lot of her reviews state that she was a "little higher" priced than other quotes. I don't feel this is accurate at all. Sure, I got some lower numbers, but these came from hard-sell brokers that I don't think would have come through on those numbers. Joanne quoted me a price point right in line with other brokers that also came off as more legitimate. If your going to get hung up on literally having the car delivered to your door, you should keep in mind that these are large car carriers that can't always come down residential streets. There's nothing you or the driver can do about that. My driver met me at a parking lot a mile from my house and I picked up the car there. It was unloaded quickly and it took maybe 15 mins out of my day. No big deal. Highly reccommended.
