Susan, the driver, was very good about communication. We met at a Home Depot parking lot near my house, we drove my truck to my house to drop me off, and Susan drove it back to the parking lot. She is very friendly and I enjoyed our exchange. She and her husband had two more vehicles to pick up in San Antonio, and they were all going to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. I asked that if it was possible to drop off our truck last, as my husband works until 5:00, and that's what happened. She parked the semi outside the neighborhood, drove the truck to the house, and my husband took her back to her rig.

The truck was picked up on a Tuesday, and delivered on Thursday. Excellent! Happy customer. Thank you Susan!

The contact person at the office, Joanne, was excellent at answering my emails and questions too.
