I contacted Parker Auto Transport because I saw their great ratings on Angie's List. Many positive comments about Joanne Parker. They were all accurate. She is exceptional! Within 1.5 hours Joanne had communicated with me via phone and e-mail several times to make sure all documents were correct and she had a driver name and dates and times all finalized. She is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Dennis from Enclosed Vehicle Transport, Inc. called my son in FL 24 hours before arriving to pick up his car and then again an hour or two before. My son was very pleased with Dennis and felt confident having Dennis transport his car back to us in Ohio. 24 hours, 2 hours and 15 minutes before delivery, Dennis contacted us and had our car off the truck and the heater on when we arrived at our meeting spot to pick it up. Everything was in perfect order. We were definitely impressed and would recommend them to our friends. I will also be posting on Angie's List.
