Never use MJ Parker Trucking

I chose MJ Parker Trucking becase their quote was $200 less than any other quote I received. I did not realize that this would mean the level of service would be poor. Most of this was due to the auto transport company that was subcontracted, Arlene's Transport. I was given an estimated pick-up date with a 2 day window but pick-up was done 4 days later, leading to a late delivery as well. This caused an additional expense of renting a car longer than I expected.

However, my greatest disappointment was that the auto transport company did not provide an update as to the status of the car, even after I left a message with them. To make things worse, I had to call MJ Parker Trucking who then called Arlene's - the representative at Arlene's flat out lied and said she had spoken to me when she hadn't. Additionally, instead of apologizing for the delay, MJ Parker just made excuses for everything.

Finally, to top it all off, the condition of my car at delivery was not the same as pick-up. The tires were flat, which is an easy fix, but there was a dent in the hood of my car that was not there previously.

I will never use MJ Parker Trucking again. I tried to save money but will end up spending more because of the rental car expense and the damage to my car.

Thank you for the review. I understand that you were upset because your vehicle was not picked up exactly on 9/22. Unfortunately there is so much that is out of the drivers control that dates are not guaranteed. Understanding this eliminates a lot of frustration and unnecessary expectations. Your vehicle was scheduled for pickup on 9/22 and was picked up within the 2 day window on 9/24. It was also delivered within the 2 day window. When I spoke to Dennica regarding the status of your vehicle, she knew exactly who you were, what time you left the message, your name and the status of your vehicle without pulling your paperwork. I do not know if she was working on your order at that time but she appeared to be on top of the situation. As for your tires, you are indicating several of them and that it is an “Easy Fix”. Was this an issue before transportation??? As for the dent in your hood, this is first time that I am hearing about this. I just emailed you a receipt the day before you posted this review and you did not mention anything about any damages nor flat tires. If a driver does damage to a vehicle, customers file a damage claim report immediately. I am confused as to why you have not filed a damage claim. I appreciate your feedback and I will follow up as I do with every order.
