This was our first time transporting a vehicle with a carrier. We selected Parker Auto Transport, LLC after checking a number of online reviews.

Joanne at Parker Trucking was great and seems to work 24/7. Joanne was patient as we explored different ship-from locations (for pricing and delivery comparisons).

The driver from Express Auto Carriers, LLC who picked-up the vehicle was polite, on-time, and inspected our vehicle with a keen eye. The driver who delivered the vehicle was equally polite and on-time.

We were a little surprised by the total cost. The quote apparently did not include the deposit - we paid 8% more than quoted.

All and all an excellent experience.

Jeff, Thank you for the review. The quote did include the deposit. Because of your remote location the driver asked for additional money. I apologize for not explaining that better.
