Transporting cars is a confusing process for non-professionals. I was inundated with offers from companies with signficant variances in costs and promises. This wasn't the the lowest cost bid, but Joanne Parker's communication and follow through made getting the car shipped a much smoother process than we would have had otherwise. A few problems did arise, but she communicated the issues to me and dealt with them. I told her that I would readily deal with her again, and I will.

Jerry, Thank you for posting a review. I appreciate it. You were a real tough move. You were not on any lanes that trucks travel so I had to piece together your move in order to get your vehicle moved. It was time consuming.
