I contacted MJ Parker Trucking after a previous Transport company failed to perform. After the initial quote request, I was contacted within 3 hours with information about ordering the service. Joanne was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was efficient: driver contacted person at origin at least twice and me at destination 3 hours before delivery and delivered within 2 hours of phone call.
