This was my first experience with transporting a car. I asked Joanne how someone like me could get comfortable choosing a transport company when there must be hundreds that pop up with an internet search. She explained the entire process; that their truck would be on a different route, she would be brokering the transport, how the pricing works, etc... literally every question I had. She even allowed me to be involved in setting the transport cost! Most importantly, as Joanne would be brokering the transport, she explained only companies she had satisfactory prior dealings with would be permitted to accept the job. This was exactly the case. The driver called numerous times the day of pick-up to update us as he was being delayed at an auction. He was very courteous, thorough and accurate with the vehicle condition assessment, and even had a brand new rig! This was a very important move for us as the car was going to our son, a US Marine returning from his first deployment. In the end, the car arrived earlier than estimated, in the same condition as shipped, and our son reported the same exceptional service on his end! Thanks Joanne for the time you invested in our move! We could not be happier!

Tom, Thank you for the GREAT review. Shipping your car should be a fun experience. Thank you for understanding the delay the driver had at the auction. I am sure your son is glad to have wheels.
