Transported my Mom's car from Ohio to Florida for $659 on an open carrier. Made all the arrangements with Joanne via email and she answered my (numerous) questions quickly. Used PayPal for the deposit and paid the balance to the driver via cashier's check on delivery, both without issue. Parker Trucking brokered the transport to another company and Joanne was very clear about that. Driver was early on pickup (Friday), but called to let me know which gave me time to meet him. He was also early on delivery (Monday), so I missed him, but we connected on Tuesday as he headed back north. That wasn't a problem as I didn't need the car right away.
