Transported two cars from MA to WA, got on-line quote that was one of the lowest and most helpful. Never done this before. Searched for carrier versus broker, so surprised that second company, Mobile Transport, was assigned to transport. After driver assigned, we dealt with several people at Mobile Transport, all of whom were friendly, customer-oriented, and did a good job keeping us appraised of status. We were quoted a range of pick-up and delivery times, and everything happened at the early end of the range. One consequence was that the cars arrived in WA before we did, and Mobile Transport was very accommodating - stored our cars and arranged a convenient delivery, no extra charge. Cars arrived dirty, but in good shape. Although we dealt mostly with Mobile Transport, I assume that this happened smoothly is a credit to MJ Parker's arrangements.
