Joanne did a great job as my primary contact and acting as an agent in helping me find a driver. Her fee was reasonable, and she was up front that once a driver is selected my contract is with him/her and not Joanne.

There were one or two miscommunications over emails, but she was attentive and quick to respond to my numerous questions. My only concern with the whole process was that once she had all of my details she said she would be back in contact just a few days before our scheduled delivery with a confirmation on the driver, date, and time. That made me pretty nervous as we were planning a cross-country move, and needed everything to be timed perfect. It worked out fine in the end.

The driver showed up 2 days earlier then expected. He said "he was in the area" and wanted to see if he could pick it up early. On delivery, he was suppposed to call and give us notice when he was in the general area, but he called when he was at the house. Luckily, we were close by for the delivery so it was fine. The car was fine, no damage.

All in all, I'd use Joanne again. After the hundreds of horror stories I read on here, I was pretty nervous, but it all went relatively smoothly which is the most you can really ask for. Thanks.

David, Thank you for the review. Thanks for hanging in there with me. Unfortunately everything is done at the last minute in this business. I have to be sure the driver is in town so he does not miss your date. Hope you enjoy your new home. Best Wishes ~ Joanne
