Mack Auto Shipping. They are Indian scammers. They provided a quote for transporting my car from Hollywood to Maryland and ask me to pay a deposit which i did without any complains. They promised to get a driver that will pick up my car yesterday 5/7/2025 and they never kept to their word. They proceeded to say that they will get a driver today 5/8/2025 and i will be notified first thing in the morning which they never called. I called their number multiple times this morning and only got voicemail. I was called after 11am this morning and they were telling me that i have to pay $1200 to the driver which was completely absurd. We had an agreement of $420 which i paid $128 as deposit and was to pay the balance to the "Supposed" driver when they deliver my car. This has all been one elaborate scam that they run. Fooling people into paying a deposit and then claiming that you are bound by a frivolous contract and must pay for a service that was never rendered. They are all a bunch of Indian scammers at a foreign call center. Their company address takes you to a shopping center with no sign of their business which tells me it's fake. When you check their reviews online, you will find that they have been conning people with the same strategy. I will make sure that they do not get any other victim. Beware and be warned.
