first time car shipping in my life and was not sure what to do in the beginning. staff at this firm answered all my questions and placed order for me. it was really a pleasant experience. also what i got was the lowest price i could find. car was picked up and delivered on time. everything was done as scheduled. had the driver picked a better location for me to pick up the car (not a big deal, of course), i would have been very satisfied.
