They are the worst, do not use them. After paying them in full up front to receive a $90 discount for payment in full and a guaranty the car would be picked up between 1 and 7 days it was never picked up. they were not supposed to withdraw the funds until they had a pick up scheduled but the money was out of my account the next day. After about 18 days and no pick up they told me for an additional $140 they would pick up the car...Yes thats called extortion. i told them to cancel the order and refund my money. they refuse to do so and i am out $869 dollars.

This customer in not telliing the truth. Scoot, ( I am pretty sure he means Scott) picked our rockbottom rate with NO guarantee of pick up time. Scott knew this option was for those that were NOT in a hurry and that if the car was not picked up within 10 days we would call him to renogiate the rate. Scott knows we have NO cancel fee. Scott knows we are sending a check for the $869 refund. I would advise Scott not to Slander our or any other company.
