M2REEVESLLC was fine and Amy and her staff were attentive to my phone calls. However, I am disappointed that I was placed in the middle between M2REEVES and the transport company in a disagreement they had regarding payment. This delayed the car being delivered by a couple of days (which was not devastating in this particular situation). However, I found that placing the customer in the middle regarding a financial disagreement between the company and the sub contractor transport agent was unprofessional. Both sides seem to be looking to me to resolve the conflict. In all other aspects, M2REEVESLLC acted appropriately but this problem definitely left a negative feeling towards the company as M2REEVESLLC should have resolved the conflict wtih the sub (transport company) without involving the customer- me. I would probably still consider using M2REEVESLLC again (price was fair) but I would have to overcome this concern before proceeding as it made the overall experience uncomfortable.
