I had called M2 Reeves multiple times before actually placing my order with the company. I was a little weary of the whole car shipping process but had no choice because I was relocating to Hawaii from Illinois and needed my vehicle. As far as promptness is concerned they called me later that day after I placed the order to let me know my vehicle would be picked up the next day. I was surprised but happy at how fast they found a driver to pick up my car. The driver called me when he was about an hour away the next day to say he was almost at my house. When he arrived he did a vehicle inspection and I gave him the keys. He said he was making one stop in another state before heading to California with my truck. He said he would probably be there in four days. The car got on the ship when it was suppose to and the delivery in Honolulu was when I expected. I have really no complaints other than it would be nice for future car shipping to have someone from the company let me know when the truck is going from point A to point B. I had to call in and ask for that information myself. I think it would be nice if they could email or call and give you that information. All in all, I will say I had a positive experience with this shipping company, I would use them again and would refer them to others. I also will add that I am actually glad I had a positive experience with this process because as I mentioned earlier I was very weary about the whole thing. Everything worked out and was exactly what they said it would be.
